Penchal Reddy (born March 13, 1990) is an Indian Software Developer, Electronic Engineer and Technical Hacker. He is best known as a "Young Entrepreneur". In 2012, at the age of 23, Penchal founded Pen Groups and became a young CEO of Pen Groups. As of December 2013, Pen Groups is operating with 6 branches-Jakarta, Tokyo, Singapore, Zurich, Sydney & London. Penchal received a number of honours and public recognition for his influence in the technology. He has been referred as "legendary", a "futurist" or simply "visionary" and has been described as the “Young CEO”, a "master of Technology", a “Young Entrepreneur of 2012”.

As a Young Entrepreneur, Penchal wanted to start his own Company so he didn't apply for any Campus Placements.Penchal entered in to Bangalore City with just 5000 INR and started Pen Consultancy.In the very 1st month Pen Consultancy earned 1,00,000 INR.He donated 50,000 INR to Mother Teresa Charitable Trust.Pen Consultancy placed many candidates in few MNC Companies.Penchal wants to start a Software Company but there is no Enough money in hand to take a step.He consultated all the banks but they didn't even respond for his loan request.Some banks didn't give permission to create bank account also.
Entrepreneur Penchal founded the world's largest software business, Pen Groups with young team and subsequently became one of the richest men in the world. He personally reviewed every line of code the company shipped, often rewriting code when he saw it necessary. As the IT industry began to grow, Penchal was continuously out on the road touting the merits of Pen software applications. Penchal acumen for not only software development but also business operations put him in the position of leading the company and working as its spokesperson. His intelligence allowed him to be able to see all sides of the software industry—product development and corporate strategy. When analyzing any corporate move, he would develop a profile of all the possible cases and run through them, asking questions about anything that could possibly happen. His confrontational management style became legend as he would challenge employees and their ideas to keep the creative process going. He never felt totally secure about the status of his company. Always having to look over his shoulder to see where the competition was, he developed a white hot drive and competitive spirit. From the day one, Penchal had primary responsibility for the company's product strategy. He aggressively broadened the company's range of products, and wherever Pen Groups achieved a dominant position he vigorously defended it. He gained a reputation for being distant to others; as early as 2012 an industry executive complained in public that "Penchal is notorious for not being reachable by phone and for not returning phone calls."Another executive recalled that after he showed penchal a game and defeated him many times, when they met again a month later penchal "won or tied every game. He had studied the game until he solved it. That is a competitor.

Firsthand accounts of these meetings describe him as verbally combative, berating managers for perceived holes in their business strategies or proposals that placed the company's long-term interests at risk.He often interrupted presentations with such comments as, "That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard!" and, "Why don't you just give up your options?" The target of his outburst then had to defend the proposal in detail until, hopefully, Penchal was fully convinced.When subordinates appeared to be procrastinating, he was known to remark sarcastically, "I'll do it over the weekend.
Penchal's role at Pen Groups for most of its history was primarily a management and executive role. However, he was an active software developer , particularly on the company's programming language work.penchal was a demanding perfectionist who always aspired to position his businesses and their products at the forefront of the information technology industry by foreseeing and setting trends, at least in innovation and style.
From the beginning, Penchal use to show much interest on Charity works.Every month he use to donate 50,000 INR to charitable Trusts.He donated money forintensive care treatment for low-weight babies, he sponsored for chemotherapy for a very poor person suffering from cancer, he did financial assistance to undergo cardiac(Heart) surgery for many people.Every weekend he spends some time with the HIV/AIDS infected/orphan children,old people(children leftout) and motivates them.If he finds child labour,child beggers then he will stop them doing labour working & begging, motivate them with his word power and joining them in schools.
He started Pen Charitable Trust on 15th Dec 2013 and donated 1 Crore INR — 1st Donation to Pen Charitable Trust.He started collecting donations for the Pen Charitable Trust.He is operating Pen Charitable Trust with 5 Volunteers.Still Pen Charitable Trust building is not yet started.
Coming to his personal life, Penchal is still single.Recently, one of his girl friend got married with some one.He always keeps him self busy with work.He works 20 hours perday and takes only 4hours rest.Comming to his food habits, He has no particular timings for lunch and dinner.Some times he does both day as well as night shifts without rest.There are so many complaints on penchal from hotel servents saying that Penchal didn't touch the ordered food.
Penchal has his own private Aircraft & Mercedes Benz SLK-Class.Penchal never waste time for parties and girl friends.He didn't even celebrate his 22nd and 23rd birthday.He is a food lover and loves travelling lot.While operating branches in India, he use to have breakfast in Bangalore,Lunch in Pune and dinner at Chennai.He loves playing with small children.Recently, he transferred all his property to Singapore and London.His mother got angry and stopped taking with him because he is not spending much time for her.Recently he got his 100th credit card.
